When I turned 40, perimenopause hit, intensifying my struggles with weight and emotional well-being. I realized my mindset had to change. I stepped away from quick fixes and started eating healthily. With that, I built my life through small and positive habits. Slowly, as I nurtured my body, the mental fog lifted. I started to regain clarity and energy. Now I am in my 40s, and while I still face challenges, I manage them with resilience and positivity. My Story
A few years ago, I was like you—post-babies and struggling to recognize myself. Before motherhood, I was fit, healthy, and mentally stable. After having my children—both born 7 weeks premature via emergency C-section—everything changed. Daily NICU visits and battling postnatal depression left me physically and emotionally drained. The habits I relied on, to maintain a healthy life became impossible to manage. Juggling motherhood with postnatal depression and sleep deprivation left me feeling exhausted and overwhelmed.

How It Works
In our 6 1-1 coaching sessions, together we will work on a
Personal Assessment
We discuss your health history and any current health challenges you may be having, as well as your goals for creating the healthy life you desire.
We examine your schedules, family structure, skills, values, and beliefs regarding food, exercise, and overall healthy living.
Customised Plan
A plan will be created, and together, we will work on your goals and different topics of health; this will allow us to see your primary areas of struggle and adjustments that may need tweaking along the way.
Your plan will include nutrition education as a baseline and according to your archetype. You will also be provided with a workout plan, recipe ideas, restaurant guidance, and lifestyle resources to support your health and wellness journey.
Ongoing Support
As part of the program, there will be bi-weekly calls that provide valuable time for check-ins, and together, we will discuss how you are doing on your journey and make any adjustments to your goals or questions on any areas that you may be struggling with. These calls are all about you, getting the guidance and motivation you need to succeed.
