In our 6 1-1 coaching sessions, together we will work on a

We discuss your health history and any current health challenges you may be having, as well as your goals for creating the healthy life you desire.

We examine your schedules, family structure, skills, values, and beliefs regarding food, exercise, and overall healthy living.

Customised Plan

A plan will be created, and together, we will work on your goals and different topics of health; this will allow us to see your primary areas of struggle and adjustments that may need tweaking along the way.

Your plan will include nutrition education as a baseline and according to your archetype. You will also be provided with a workout plan, recipe ideas, restaurant guidance, and lifestyle resources to support your health and wellness journey.

Ongoing Support

As part of the program, there will be bi-weekly calls that provide valuable time for check-ins, and together, we will discuss how you are doing on your journey and make any adjustments to your goals or questions on any areas that you may be struggling with.
